The French Alliance Marseille Provence

Created in 1889, The French Alliance Marseille Provence- private institution of Higher Education – belongs to the French Alliances global network which accounts 1 040 institutions in 136 countries. More than 460 000 students attend the French Alliances courses all over the world. There are 27 Alliances in France, aiming at 3 targets :
	To teach French to foreigners To promote French culture To facilitate cultural exchanges
Every year The French Alliance Marseille Provence welcomes more than 700 students of 75 different nationalities. Its premises, located in the heart of Marseille, have 6 classrooms and a computing room for educational activities, free access for students (broadband speed WiFi). The French Alliance Marseille Provence was awarded in 2007 the label " Qualité Français Langue Etrangère ". Its teachers are graduated from university and are qualified in teaching French as a foreign language. The French Alliance Marseille-Provence proposes all year long collective courses , private tuitions and also extensive training courses during the summer. Chartered for in-service training, it also gives courses to company employees. The French Alliance Marseille-Provence is a chartered examination center for the following diplomas - the DAEFLE, the TCF and the TEF examinations.
